  1. Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE Insured Shipping on all orders nationwide within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via standard international carrier tracking systems.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orixpro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  3. Damages & Lost Packages Our shipping is fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking status shows as lost, please contact our support team immediately at orixpro.store@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include clear photographs of the issue.

  4. Incorrect Address Details It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
